Just nuts. Great work.
Post some photos! I'd be into seeing more inspiration and excellence.(..., I'm an excellent painter, but my style is pretty time consuming).
Sounds pretty inspirational to me.This is supposed to be the inspiration thread, but some of these minis make me want to throw all my paints into the Grand Canyon then follow them down.

The color of the wing eyes matches the little guys wing eyes and Mortarion’s eyes. Shouldn’t there be a Platinum Demon for this?At least those last few are 54mm figures, it's not like anyone' doing flatwork that detailed on a regular Warhammer miniature...
After that Mortarion picture, I think you may have saved my life. Thank you my friend.
Guys like this, just piss me off. Old White Dwarves are filled with this stuff.
That Mortarion is crazy. Just nuts. Who invited real artists to thsi party? I like the old school 'Eavy Metal painters because their figs were awesome, but still looked achievable for the mortals among us.
Even though I know I can build some pretty great terrain, given the time... for the sake of getting the game on the table it helps to just get past that and plop some dollar store princess castle on the table and call it the 'Black Keep'.Guys like this, just piss me off. “Oh I took a couple coke cans, an icecube tray and some Q-Tips and made a true scale replica of The Golden Throne. It wasn’t that hard.”

Fuck. That. Shit.I watched the progress on that one on Robin McCleod's Facebook over the course of a year. He literally spent about 1500 hours on that one mini. Totally deserved his Golden Daemon.
Made, of course, from some old coke cans, offcuts from plastic ice cream containers and a bit of milliput.
