Geeks never going to get the girl but he can be her friend....

Yeah, I could imagine spending days there exploring, and taking pictures
Yes and no. There's really not that much to see about the remains of all the stuff that hasn't been excavated and restored to some extent. It's also a major tourist trap. One of the worst I experienced, though the whole Yucatán is riddled with them. It even has one of those silly sound & light shows, which I fortunately didn't get to see.

I'd say, don't go on a Sunday, try to arrive early, and take about half a day, a whole day at most, and you'll be fine.

"I'll get straight to the point, gentlemen: how do we kill Superman?"

I've visited that statue, at Hero's Park in Budapest. It's dedicated to the unknown author of an important history of Hungary.

Yeah, "The Anonymous One" at Vajdahunyad Castle, author of the Gesta principum Polonorum (Deeds of the Princes of the Poles), featuring unique ideas on the relationship of Kings to the populous that directly contributed to the development of the concept of "Golden Liberty" characterizing the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.

In my wargame setting, the PLC takes the place of Warhammer's Empire, as it's a period of history that fascinates me, and I really want to explore a fantasy version of it. The Anonymous One plays a big part in that.

I thought I'd seen that in person once!

Kertez - to me the best street photographer. My photography prof in school said he would leave every morning with his coat pockets stuffed with 40 rolls of film, return and develop them at night.
