The thing about Boba is he could have attempted to shoot Luke from the top of the barge since he’s probably one of the best shots in the galaxy but decides to take him on at close range, which is like a gift to any Jedi, and Luke is no average Jedi even in his youth. From that point on, it’s like a comedy routine.
Is he one of the best shots in the galaxy though? RotJ really does just punk him out like a loser in every respect.

Bad judgement shouldn’t be confused with bad luck. It’s funny because Lucas basically did the same thing with Jango when he tried to take on Mace Windu in Attack of the Clones. Like father, like son.

No Disintegrations.

The early scenes in Dune when Paul steps off the ship and bends down and runs the sand through his fingers, and does it later near a sandcrawler and has a vision from the spice visible in the sand, seems almost an ironic counterpoint to the infamous lines fron RotS.

I had a thought earlier today that maybe Dune is set far in the future of star wars after a great Droid uprising that wiped out all the non-humans.
