1 1/2 cup dry quinoa, rinsed (so not dry anymore, but fuck you)
1 pound of feta cheese, crumbled
3 cups water
3 pears, skinned, cubed
4 tbsp butter
black pepper
cardamoms
garlic salt
ground clove (peeench)
cinnamon
nutmeg

Combine water, butter, and seasonings into small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Dump the pears in, let them boil 2-3 minutes.

Drain the boiling water/seasonings into a baking dish.

Mash the pears until they're good and mashed.

Add pears, quinoa, and half the feta into the baking dish, mix thoroughly.

Cover and bake at 375 for an hour. Remove the cover, sprinkle the remaining feta on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool 5-10 minutes.
