Zozer Games (Paul Elliott) recently released their Modern War rules, based on Cepheus Engine. I don’t have it (not my thing) but I do own a lot of their SciFi stuff and it’s excellent. They also have Grunt (not Cepheus based) which is set in the Vietnam war - I read a review somewhere recently...

From the Zozer Games Facebook page, looks like Paul Elliott (Hostile, Zaibatsu, Solo among others) has had a hand in this, which is a good sign in my book if any of the feel of Hostile carries over.
