To run InDesign and associated programs smoothly you'll want a lot of RAM, 16 GB is recommended by Adobe but I found my old work laptop struggled even at that amount so I'd recommend going for 32.

For me the best stuff in Crawford's game are the setting/GM tools. The ruleset is rather middle of the road imo and despite his best efforts I think D&D remains ill suited to a sf game. Still, lots to like and the aforementioned Spears of Dawn remains an excellent game.

Playing Skul on PS+. It is a very good rougelike with a sense of humour and chaotic combat. Lots of fun discovering new builds via new skulls and items. My favs so far include the rock star, biker, Predator and gamble skulls.

I'm not an expert but my understanding is that hitting someone with a handgun, particular in a short range firefight that is most common situation, is a lot harder in RL than one may think. I have some relatives who served in their country's required military service and they noted this as well.

Yeah the way WFRP uses flipping one roll to determine to-hit and hit location is still super clever to me. Does any other game do something similar?
