    Broos, Beastmen, Goatmen etc

Mythology, the Bible, and bodybuilders have long understood and harnessed the power of anthropomorphism. It's only natural that rpgs got in on that action.

    3d printers and war gaming

So, at this point even high end 3d printers, resin and curing / cleaning stations seem to come out way cheaper than buying miniatures. That is if one is into armies rather than the occasional skirmish game with a handful of miniatures. The problem appears to be that I'm not finding stl files...

    Games Workshop Mordheim

What's the difference between GorkaMorka and Necromunda? Are both skirmish games in the 40k universe? The former seems more focused on Orks, but are there any other differences? PS: I'm just now discovering blood bowl! "Late to the party, much?" - everyone

    large gaming library problems

There is an easy fix to that problem. You just need to buy a new one to add to the stack.

    large gaming library problems

The worst part about being a "white whale" in the nerd-sphere is that companies never throw you a bone. Da fuk, even hotels and airlines give you useless member points. I should start a youtube channel doing "product reviews" so that publishers start tossing me some freebies.

I never got into shadowrun but that cover art is a classic. I remember going to my flgs as a teen it would always grab my attention. Fun fact: For years, I thought the terminal was an arcade game. Seemed pretty intense. Thought they were trying to defend their high score.

    Games Workshop Mordheim

Based on everything I know about the game and it's community, I do plan on picking up a copy. That said, I am looking locally first. The secondary market ain't what it used to be (ie it's more expensive than retail) and shipping has gotten to be exorbitant. So I just need to bide my time...

    MÖRK BORG?

    What is the Red Room?

    MÖRK BORG?

Initially the art style drew me in and I bought a copy. But once I had it in my hands and attempted to read it that same style that drew me in annoyed me because I found it very difficult to read. Long story short I sold my copy. As far as a ruleset, I think it's on par with many other...

Sealed copy of RuneQuest 3 (book not the boxed set) I picked up from local seller. Mostly got it for the nostalgia.

    Games Workshop Mordheim

Based on my interest the youtube algorithm is pushing Mordheim videos on me pretty hard. Aside from being an out of print GW skirmish game, what makes it so great? Why of all the countless OOP GW games does this one have such a following still 20 years after its release? Tell me everything!

GW The Old World is back?

I know! Haha This youtuber half jokingly discusses how 10e only had a 2ish month run!

GW The Old World is back?

Talk about a slow burn.... Not much news on the Old World front.
