If you had to choose one edition of D&D....

Yeah, I completely understand that, I still rankle when I see people talking about WFRP 3rd as a "boardgame"

If you had to choose one edition of D&D....

I don't see how assuming bad faith on the part of another poster could make any conversation possible. It's an instant non-starter. If I think someone arguing with me is being disingenuous, that is pretty much the point where I stop responding. But I'm not going to do that based on assumptions...

That would still obligate him to refund the shipping costs that backers paid at the time that the Pledge Managers went out, though

I'm amazed he still gets work in games, but I don't begrudge GMS getting work, even if I think they should at least be honest about it. He still has to live, and hasnt done anything that horrible (except art theft, I really wish our legal system had stricter punishments for that). I know I...

The Big Thread of Historical Badasses

lmao, as we all know, elves hold their swords upright like spears and then swing them in a loop, using centrifugal force  I hope by this point you realize I'm just playing with you, because you responded to my initial statement with a much higher degree of pedantic knowledge of the...

The Big Thread of Historical Badasses

Juliane Koepcke Juliane Koepcke was born in 1954 in Peru, the daughter of a German biologist and Ornithologist. Whether or not this was a "Boys from Brazil" situation, one can only speculate, but it was unlikely her scientist parents realized they'd given birth to a hidden badass. The world...

    Exalted: Any opinions?

Son I was always intrigued by the Fair Folk supplement from the author of Nobilis for, I guess, 1st edition? I'd heard that it employs the Tarot suits, and dealt with shaping, but I was never able to find it in stores, and this was at a time I couldn't be arsed to order anything online, so...
