I found a new Kickstarter for retro 80s action figures that are just like G.I.Joe. They are called Callsign: Longbow. They look pretty sweet. I might jump on this one.
No the equipment feat provides five points for each rank. A pistol costs like eight points, an SMG around 12 and an assault rifle is like 16. It’s basically what you would have on your person at any one time.
So this is how I would do your feats section:
Then to get the four points you need for the feats, I would shave off four points from your skills (16 ranks) and you would be all set.
I don’t understand what you mean by this thread is the writing on the wall. We’ve had one of these threads about once a year since the Pub has started to hear everyone’s viewpoints, if they so choose to give them, and see how we can get better at moderating. We believe that these threads are a...
I haven’t actually looked at it in years since I wasn’t a big Bebop fan but I seem to remember liking it. It’s a simplified d20 game but it’s not D20!!!
An old friend of mine made a Cowboy Bebop game with the serial numbers filed off called Bounty Head Bebop. It’s an electrum seller on DTRPG and it is definitely not a narrative game.

I think what we’ve been doing for the last five years has been working pretty well. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. I think the biggest issue is people inferring things from other people’s posts and calling them out on it instead of just asking the mods to check up on it.
If you look at the other character builds in the OOC thread, you’ll see what I’m talking about with the feat selection and what they have for equipment, which are “bought” with the equipment feat.
That was 109. That was the end of what I call the second tier of gijoe, or the beginning of third. It depends how you feel about that story. In my opinion the best era of the comic was 1-60, with diminishing returns after that.
You only have 26 points in attributes which gives you two points to spend there. You need to take the feat Benefit: Rank 2 for your pay grade so those two points are spent.
Toughness saves can only be bought up with the Defensive Roll feat or by using equipment like armor. You have only spent...
I absolutely know what you are talking about. I think that feeling for me is like being a kid again. I get that feeling when I read comics from my youth. I know they are not objectively the best stuff ever but they just feel awesome.
