It's ridiculously good. I found myself zooming in and poring over the details as it just fries my brain trying to work out how someone can paint NMM that well.
I bought a custom gaming table several years ago.
Like:
* It looks great.
* It's solidly built - it will easily outlast me.
* The vault can be covered so games in progress can be left out and continued later.
* The cushioned playing surface is really nice for picking up cards etc.

There's a really comprehensive comparison guide to all of the main VTTs that someone maintains on GitHub. It's a really good read but I can't seen to find it at the moment.

I've turned up for the first session of a newly organised D&D group to be told "lol - D&D sucks, that was just to get players. We are actually going to play random-indie-game instead".
Nope. YOU are going to play it - I'm going to find another group instead.

Roll20 was fantastic when it first appeared, but has been creaking for a while. What it does still have in its favour is the high numbers of users, which makes it relatively easy to find a game compared to most other VTTs.
I've found Foundry far superior in most respects and I'm not tied in...
Received POD copies of ACKS core rulebook and Lairs & Encounters. Also got the POD D&D Rules Cyclopedia.
My t-shirts from the UK Games Expo 2020 arrived too. I love the fact this year's design was changed so that the Expo Dragon's hoard is mostly made up of toilet paper...
My hazy recollection is that I got my first D&D boxed set marginally before I started reading any Fighting Fantasy books, but I'm not 100% sure. There wasn't much in it. What I am certain of is that I spent a big chunk of my pocket money on FF titles once I started reading them!
