I'm going to say BLADE, who were a "division of Flying Buffalo" (IIRC Liz Danforth was involved and maybe Mike Stackpole). They took over the publishing of Sorcerer's Apprentice magazine and produced the Citybook line of supplements. SA remains my favourite gaming magazine and I miss it.
