    Sandbox Objectivity

If only!! I enjoyed those. But dont let me get in the way of this 14 page behemoth.

    Just got an Air Fryer

Ahh I see the reheat pizza idea is taken. Damn. Dry your socks? (Particularly any Garlic Socks you may have).

    Just got an Air Fryer

Expensive poptart maker! Reheat pizza? That’s all I got, sorry.

    Sandbox Objectivity

I’d party with that dude. Bring back mullets.

    Moderation Thread

Been here since it was created by Al Gore actually. Before anyone triggers: I kid, I kid. 1983 sometimes seems like yesterday. Certainly the ‘90’s seem like yesterday. Time gets weirder the older I get. Possibly a memory thing? I’ve already spent too much time on this. Stop the drama.

    Moderation Thread

How can discussions about rpgs ever get so intense? Boggles my mind. Put down the mouse, step away from the keyboard. Who gives a fuck what some random person on the intrwebs says about your game? Hell, there are too many shitty corners of the internet already. Every thread that someone...

    I just bought Mythras

Bought it a few months back and enjoyed reading it. No idea if I will ever get it to a table.

Tell us about something good that you got recently

Just got Deadlands and Horror at Headstone Hill boxes. The production value impressed me immediately upon opening the package. Kudos Pinnacle.

Does anyone run just one system anymore?

A major part of my enjoyment of the hobby is reading/playing new (to me) systems.

    Savage Worlds Pathfinder Adventure Paths

And the anti-Chaos Hellknights are a thing in PF. They have been added to the Companion book as a stretch goal.

    Savage Worlds Pathfinder Adventure Paths

Antipaladins are an alternate class in the Advanced Player's Guide. They also created the "Tyrant" in the Ultimate Intrigues book. There may be others (I'm not a Pathfinder expert).

    Savage Worlds Pathfinder Adventure Paths

Looking forward to it. Should be fun with the kids.

    Savage Worlds Pathfinder Adventure Paths

Yup. From my perspective (and more importantly, my wife’s perspective) $300 for 8, very thin, books and some puff-filler archetypes, bennies, oversized deck of cards etc. is a rough sell. Wallet sizes vary, of course. Rise of the Runelord adventures: 80-96 pages each. Rules 256 pages...

    Savage Worlds Pathfinder Adventure Paths

Waaay too expensive for my blood. Going all digital I guess. That $50 + shipping hardback core book is rough for 256 pages. Their business model has certainly changed in recent years. $300:closed:

    Altered Carbon RPG

In other news, Netflix cancelled the show. Lame.

    Favorite Systems

Savage worlds. Year zero engine. Coriolis, Alien, and Mutant Year Zero being my favorite (they mesh rules and setting to my tastes). Delta green. Just picked up Lex Arcana and really liking the system so far. Unfortunately, it will be 6 months before I get to test it with other people.

On the constant overestimation of animals in rpgs

You don’t seem to have much experience with the natural world. Wolves and bears are avoided for a reason by humans, except when we have tipped the odds, say with a scoped hunting rifle. Sure, you have a point that stats are often done by those with little knowledge about animals. Therefore, they...

New online VTT - restricted alpha testing

I was excited until I read this: Good luck with your software.

    Stealth modding is BS.

Well. Gonna go do some yard work.
