I thought about the games I enjoyed the most playing a while back, and I remember having the most fun in a game by making a solo custom match in Battlefront 2 and setting it to be an endless horde of rebel assault infantry and me being the last standout heavy-mg trooper in the deathstar's hangar...

So don't believe we have a thread on this topic. I've chosen Top 10 so we don't end up with endlessly long lists where you don't actually have to put any effort into choosing. My eyes also start to glaze over any list longer than 10. Although we can all cheat with some honourable mentions...

Was surprised no one had mentioned this yet. The Untitled Goose game, where you play a trouble-making goose, will be coming out on Nintendo Switch. If there was ever a game custom made for the Pub this is it.

I recently picked up Nioh and the remastered Shadow of the Colossus for PS4. Nioh is a Souls-like with a strong Japanese folklore focus. Pretty good so far if often absurdly difficult in places. Souls is only middling difficult to me now but the learning curve here feels even more extreme.

This 100 player PvP battle royale game with a goofy cartoon aesthetic and bizarre auto-building mechanic is amazing fun, even for someone like myself who usually sucks at PvP and find most online multi-player games toxic and/or intimidating. I stick to solo mode although once I get a second PS4...
