An Unofficial Pop-Apocalyptic Toolkit for Mythras - A d100 Fallout-hack

This is a thing I started a while ago; a Mythras hack based off on Fallout New Vegas. Unfortunately it only saw a short test-drive and didn't really go anywhere after that.
I've prettied it up a bit and made it readable, and hopefully usable.

Nice thing is Fallout is d100 straight-up so conversion to table top is easy and can be very accurate. You are S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
