And since no one guessed the second completely, I’ll close it out. It’s Arsenal, a Shatterzone supplement. I can’t tell if it’s the original or the reprint, which is called GearTech, since it also includes another supplement called Hardwear/Sottwear.
It is indeed GearTech.

Your guess seemed to be "Knight's Hand." If so, then that's not the game. But it struck me that the post might be a typo with autocorrect for an intended "Knights and." If that is the case, then and what?

Like Silverlion Silverlion said, it looks very Palladium. Maybe something by Myrmidion Press?

That's two examples of one of the most memorable examples from this book, so despite the title of the file, I'm not really making it hard for you:grin:!
 
Interesting how closely a lot of that page from Celtic Legends corresponds to GURPS. The armor values and hit locations are quite similar.
 
This is a very easy one, but I've felt jealous of all the lovely color art in some of the offerings:
