I think that kind of thing in a comic book movie would be too much- not that it was a villainous thing to do. Especially as in the comic it wasn't called out as pedophilia.

As a kid reading it I kind of missed it or assumed it was more of an infatuation vs actual physical thing

I assumed Terra was older than she looked. She was just short. Especially in that one scene that had her in a "very" dress, furs, and such. So you could think she was 18-20, but looked 14-16.
