And this is pretty much why I usually check this forum on a daily basis (sometimes more), and why I only cast my eye over the rpg forums once a week (often less).I notice on other sites that some have said “if you don’t want to talk about politics, what have you got to hide”? Like there is some sort or requirement to talk about it, especially on RPG forums. Meanwhile, these people probably don’t even talk about politics with their parents, siblings or neighbors. The other thing that drives me crazy is the gotcha game, where everyone is looking at what everyone has said on social media back to when they were teenagers to see if they said anything offensive. If so they should be permanently punished, because we know nobody matures from the time they are 15 to 30, give or take a few years. I find the maturity to discuss politics online to be lacking so I don’t want to have anything to do with it.
And with this disturbing image of Eric Estrada, we know you're back!!!
It's a little known fact that Erick Estrada was drawn by Rob Liefeld in real life. What the fuck is going on with his hand

It would be a much bigger deal if I could remember which side I'm on.I'm glad that the most intense it gets here is the OSR vs Storygame topic, which is really nothing in the scheme of things these days.
Heh heh that's exactly how I feel!It would be a much bigger deal if I could remember which side I'm on.
I try to back and forth on even and odd days just get my reps in. Story game day is like leg day, don't skip it folks.Just take both sides!
That's exactly our problem, (nah, strength)Just take both sides!
I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE PLAYING BUT I DON'T LIKE IT.Just take both sides!
I've never felt as welcome at other forums as I do here. You guys have got something special going on.
Which is not the same as, although adjacent to, a proper hatred and loathing of geese. We call it... Swo

Very well then I contradict myself,

If I ever forget what side of an argument I'm on, I just ask my bestie here and he tells me what my opinion isIt would be a much bigger deal if I could remember which side I'm on.
Send $10000 to my official Ninja Training Academy and I'll give you a certificate as well!So if I add an eye patch and some leather piping to an old Taekwondo uniform I can be a ninja too? Sweet.
It's always worked for me.So if I add an eye patch and some leather piping to an old Taekwondo uniform I can be a ninja too? Sweet.
For me it was always an inapproproately patterned balaclava and black dress socks tucked in between my toes to look like tabi. It's always worked for me.
Most likely shit out of luck. PDF doesn't do lossy compression. It's not an image file. If it contains embedded graphics you might be able to replace them with lower resolution images. You may or may not have software capable of doing this.So I was trying to add a PDF as a resource here (1.08 MB) and was told the file was too large. Does anyone know how to reduce the size of a PDF? Or what the actual limit is? Inquiring minds want to know.

It's all text, although I do also have a copy as a Word document, but I have no idea what kind of frigging might help there (I'm assuming that frigging about is the appropriate technical term here). Most likely shit out of luck. The other alternative is to induce the mods to frig the limits to allow bigger files.
There's probably not a lot you can do short of trying to edit the document down until it's less than 1MB in size when printed to PDF or maybe find a change to the layout that saves enough. PDF files are already compressed. I doubt there's anything short of a radical edit, finding some other pdf generation path that does it more efficiently or maybe lucking out on some layout change that brings less baggage into the file. It's all text, although I do also have a copy as a Word document, but I have no idea what kind of frigging might help there (I'm assuming that frigging about is the appropriate technical term here).
