Spider-Man will swing through the open French doors and see what's going on now that stealth is no longer an issue.
Your Spider-Sense beating like a pagan wardrum, you swing into a huge and lavish drawing room with hardwood floors, furnished with tasteful teak shelving filled with leatherbound books and a low center table of polished metal surrounded on three sides by large chesterfields, comfortably upholstered armchairs, and plush ottomans. The scent of Cuban cigars permeates the room. On the center table you see what is obviously the crate that was just delivered from the Fisk warehouse.

Seated in a semicircle around one standing figure you see a quarter of representatives of New York's underworld: Kraven the Hunter, his feet propped up on the center table, inhaling deeply on the cigar he smokes, looking exactly as savagely arrogant as you remember; the massive Rhino, occupying a chesterfield by himself, looking bored and dim-witted, the chesterfield sagging under his weight; Speed Demon, snickering nastily at something the standing figure just said; and White Rabbit, seated in an armchair with her legs crossed, her signature weapon-umbrella in one hand and fuming cigar in the other.

Standing amid these four is Leland Owlsley, the criminal mastermind perhaps better known as...the Owl!
owl-marvel-comics-f19c6416-5da9-40bb-bbfa-53c8c426676-resize-750.jpeg
The Owl stands tall with his hands behind him, him head tilted upward as he blows smoke rings and looks altogether pleased with himself. Beyond the Owl, you see a door closing as Steve and Stan, the Fisk delivery men, exit the room with the female concierge.

Not use to working with others DD climbs up to the Penthouse and smashes through any available skylight or window to gain access.
"What by Khonshu is it with those two? One leaves and the other leaps in, alright Dagger, what do you want to do?"
"They're used to working alone," Dagger concedes. "Let's get up there ASAP."
"True, as am I, hang on, I think I can take you, just not as quickly as webhead."
Daredevil arrives only moments after Spider-Man, with the nimble Moon Knight and the acrobatic Dagger hot on his heels, all of you just in time to see Spider-Man swing through French doors that open onto the wide balcony. There are numerous open windows easily large enough for any of you to climb through. On the deck there are place settings, silverware, and a quartet of wine flutes set on a large wooden table on the beside four deck chairs. There is no food and the wine flutes are dry: obviously you've arrived before anything was served.

Daredevil picks up the strong aroma of smoke from Cuban cigars as it wafts out through the open French doors through which Spider-Man just recklessly swung. You follow Web-Head into a huge drawing room in which you detect five additional heartbeats nearby and four more beyond a door that you just hear clicking closed at the far end of the room. One heartbeat comes from a seated figure so massive you can hear wood creaking beneath it as the furniture struggles to support its weight.

Another heartbeat is staggeringly familiar: unless you are badly mistaken, Yellowhands is an anagram of Leland Owlsley, better known to you as...the Owl!

For GM.
'Long time no see Owl, are you going to answer our questions and come along peacefully are are you going to make this difficult for us?' I say and go into a semi-crotch, ready for him or any of the other heartbeats I sense to attack.

"Why does this look like a trap..?" he asks Dagger.

"You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy," Spider-Man says after DD enters the room. He pauses a moment when no one laughs. "Star Wars? Came out about seven years ago? Nevermind..." He then falls silent for just a split second before adding, "Oh, and who chose the ridiculous name of Mr. Yellowhands?"

Moon Knight checks his Ankh while setting both of them just inside an open window.

I want to give Tulpa Girl Tulpa Girl a chance to tell us what Dagger does or says before I update.

"Why does this look like a trap..?" he asks Dagger.
"Probably because it is," Dagger replies. "We should probably check to see what trouble DD and Spidey are currently getting themselves into without waiting for us." She goes to follow Spider-Man, but cautiously takes note of her surroundings, looking to see if anything is 'off' or otherwise indicative of a trap or ambush.

Intuition roll = 85 (if applicable)

"I expected idiotic prattle from you costumed fools and you have surpassed even my wildest expectations!" bellows the enraged Owl. He announces to the assembled crooks, "Ten percent of my share to the one who brings me the head of the accursed Daredevil! You've bit off more than you can chew this time, you crimson clown!"

"I'll kill Spider-Man for free!" yells Rhino.

"Not if I kill him first!" says Speed Demon.

As one, three of the formerly seated villains move to swarm the two of you as the Owl glides up about 20 feet to an exposed wooden crossbeam for better vantage point. Kraven casually tossed aside his cigar and backflips behind the chesterfield even as one hand grasps for the blowgun at his belt.

If you don't intend to let them attack you first, roll for initiative. And since you're all together now, no more need for spoilers! Finally!

Let me know if a room diagram would help.

Due to cross-posting and irreconcilable actions, I'm going to assume Dagger indicated she wanted to be dropped off outside before Moon Knight entered through the window.

There's no indication that anyone expected your party to join them.
Moon Knight checks his Ankh while setting both of them just inside an open window.
Your ankh glows brightly.

As Dagger enters through the open French doors and Moon Knight enters through an open window, you both catch the tail-end of shouted remarks by a hoarse voice: "...to the one who brings me the head of the accursed Daredevil! You've bit off more than you can chew this time, you crimson clown!"

"I'll kill Spider-Man for free!" rumbles a basso profundo voice in reply.

"Not if I kill him first!" says a third voice.

The scent of Cuban cigars permeates the room. On the center table you see what is obviously the crate that was just delivered from the Fisk warehouse.

You're just in time to see the onrush of three representatives of New York's underworld: the massive Rhino, obviously the possessor of the basso profundo voice, stampeding forward from a chesterfield that was clearly sagging under his weight;

Sorry I got tied up...here is the empty room so you can clearly see the labels and area dividers:
Drawing room.jpg

And here is the room with all the costumed kooks occupying it so you can tell who is where (but note that the Owl is about 20 feet up on an exposed crossbeam and Dagger is just outside the French doors):
Drawing room 1.jpg
(I made it so I can update everyone's location in the room by moving the little icons around.)

Stepping through the double doors, and then shifting over to her left, Dagger quickly sees the opposition they face, and makes a snap decision. Because she doesn't recognize several of the villains, opts to try to take out Kraven quickly with a thrown light-dagger, as he reminds her more than a little of Sabretooth. Uncertain if his costume doubles as armor or not, she specifically targets the area of his chest that is exposed.

Attack roll = 73

(Yellow success (allows a bulls-eye), Excellent (20) damage, requires an Excellent intensity Endurance check to avoid being stunned)

DD attacks the Speedster with the cable in his billy club trying to tie his legs together to prevent him from speeding away.

Agility Check?

Result = 53 +2 CS for Weapon Specialist means a Yellow Result

Moon Knight takes aim and throws his Ivory Boomerang at Kraven, figuring he'd leave those closest to Webhead and Hornhead to them. He will choose to dodge any ranged attack in return (declared in advance) Roll to hit is 86 on Typical (due to the dodge penalty) and 97 on the Dodge.

Spider-Man leaps over Rhino, attempting to adhere to the ceiling above him and fires webbing at him, hoping to at least slow the big guy down.

Dodge agility test=31 (Just enough for a Green result, making him -2 CS to hit)
Fire webbing at Rhino=69 (with 2 column shift penalty for Dodging, still a Yellow result)

Moon Knight takes aim and throws his Ivory Boomerang at Kraven, figuring he'd leave those closest to Webhead and Hornhead to them. He will choose to dodge any ranged attack in return (declared in advance)
Moon Knight's boomerang hits Kraven and bounces back to the Fist of Khonshu, even as the latter attempts to shoot a dart at Spider-Man, his most hated foe.

Kraven takes Excellent (20) damage.
Spider-Man leaps over Rhino, attempting to adhere to the ceiling above him and fires webbing at him, hoping to at least slow the big guy down.
Spider-Man acrobatically evades the charging Rhino, clings to the ceiling and spurts web fluid at his implacable foe. The good news is Spider-Man hits; the bad news is that the webbing isn't strong enough to hold Rhino when he is charging. The even worse news is that as a result of Spider-Man's evasion, the next object in Rhino's path is Dagger.
DD attacks the Speedster with the cable in his billy club trying to tie his legs together to prevent him from speeding away.
Daredevil's billy club flies true and the cable entangles Speed Demon's legs, causing the master of momentum to utter a string of expletives forbidden by the Comics Code Authority as he trips and falls forward.
Due to Dagger's sudden shift to the left, rather than becoming victim to a pummeling Rhino, she instead avoids a possibly fatal collision as the incensed Rhino's charge instead takes him through the French doors and crashing into a heap with the now-destroyed furniture on the balcony beyond.

Only a successful Agility roll saved him from going over the edge of the roof.

Knowing Rhino from past encounters, Spider-Man has the feeling this humiliation will only make the villain that much more dangerous.

Dagger's namesake dagger strikes Kraven's chest just an instant after the famed huntsman is hit by Moon Knight's boomerang and knocked off balance.

Kraven takes Excellent (20) damage but his Endurance check is successful.

Kraven's blowgun aim is ruined by the repeated hits he has suffered and his dart shoots past his intended target, Spider-Man, and impales itself with a CTHUNK! sound in the far wall. "Spider-Man," he hisses past his pain, "I will mount your severed head as a trophy in my lodge!"

The Owl dive-bombs Daredevil with his steel talons outstretched before him, slicing the crimson cavalier across his right shoulder before alighting on an expensive stereo cabinet along the wall behind Hornead. The Owl shrieks as he glides past, "Haven't you learned not to beard the lion in his den, you preposterous peabrain?"

Daredevil takes Excellent (20) damage.

White Rabbit ducks behind the armchair and fires a laser beam from the point of her weapon-umbrella, scoring a direct hit on Spider-Man's gut. "Oh, my fur and whiskers! I bet that hurt!" laughs White Rabbit.

Spider-Man takes Remarkable (30) damage.

Speed Demon is too busy unraveling Daredevil's cable to attack anyone this round.

Note that Spider-Man is clinging to the ceiling and Speed Demon is on the floor, while the Owl is atop the stereo cabinet in this crude representation of where everyone is now:

OOC: was there any chance to recover any Health while we were investigating and traveling from the last fight?

Initiative = 7

Stepping forward and leftward a few more steps, so that White Rabbit is behind her target in case she misses, Dagger hurls another of her namesake attacks at Kraven, hoping to help take him out of the fight quickly and reduce the numbers of their foes to a more manageable sum. Fortunately for the young heroine, her aim again is true.

Attack roll = 80 (Yellow result)

Initiative: 10 Moon Knight sees Dagger is on Kraven and the Daredevil on Speed Demon, since The Owl is right next to him he's going to fling a scarab dart(s) at him making a called shot to pin him to the wall (it says "them" plural so I am assuming its throwing several held in his fingers, nor sure.) . While maintaining his movement to keep safe from the ranged attackers. (94 on dodge) "I think you need to stay out of this bird-brain." (84 on roll Spending Karma: 16 to get to a red result on his reduced agility due to dodging.)

Initiative=9

Spider-Man swings down from the ceiling and straight through the French doors in an attempt to drive his feet into Rhino and force him over the edge of the roof.

OOC: As I really want to succeed at this with a Slam, I'll spend Karma to achieve at least a Yellow.

Fighting roll to slam Rhino=22 (White result)

OOC: In order to achieve Yellow on this, I needed a 66 so that would be 44 points of Karma spent.

You're right, I reckon it has been "10 turns" since all of you took damage so you each would have healed your Endurance rank. I have revised your current Health scores accordingly.

DD tries to hit the tangled Speedster hard across the jaw in an attempt to knock him out or Stun.
Daredevil clocks Speed Demon, but the villain doesn't go down that easily.

Speed Demon takes Good (10) damage.
Moon Knight sees Dagger is on Kraven and the Daredevil on Speed Demon, since The Owl is right next to him he's going to fling a scarab dart(s) at him making a called shot to pin him to the wall (it says "them" plural so I am assuming its throwing several held in his fingers, nor sure.) . Moon Knight flings his scarab darts, pinning the Owl to the wall by his blousy cape and mantle.
Spider-Man swings down from the ceiling and straight through the French doors in an attempt to drive his feet into Rhino and force him over the edge of the roof.
Spider-Man swings away from the fray in the drawing room and ploughs into Rhino just as the latter is getting to his feet and brushing debris from his shoulders. Rhino is knocked over the side of the building and far enough into the air that this trajectory will take him into the parking lot below.

Rhino will hit the ground in 3 rounds, so I'll try to remember to adjudicate what happens to him then unless someone arrests his descent in the meantime.

White Rabbit pops up from behind the armchair and fires another laser beam from the point of her weapon-umbrella, this time hitting Dagger painfully in the left flank.

Dagger takes Remarkable (30) damage.

Initiative = 7

Despite the pain, Dagger manages to strike home again on Kraven the Hunter, who seems shocked as he slumps to the ground and loses consciousness.

Kraven takes Excellent (20) damage and fails his Endurance check.

In a fit of pique, Speed Demon begins to sprint around the room, careless of who he could injure, focusing all his attention on taking Daredevil down. Due to his unbelievable velocity, he is able to deliver multiple blows to Daredevil's face, chest, back, and gut without the red-garbed crusader being able to even begin to block them.

Daredevil takes Remarkable (40) damage.

The Owl struggles to pull Moon Knight's scarab daggers out of the wall in order to free himself.

I've removed Kraven and Rhino from the map since the former is unconscious and the latter is falling to the ground outside:

Grunting in pain from White rabbit's laser weapon, Dagger darts forward toward the sofa in front of her to use as cover against the lunatic in Carroll drag, throwing a light-dagger toward the woman as she does so. Despite her target using the armchair to hide behind, Tandy's aim is true.

(Initiative: 6) Moon Knight, less worried about the Owl, and the White Rabbit at the moment takes aim and flings his lasso attempting to catch Speed Demon before he strikes Daredevil again, still dodging along the window side of the room at his mere human pace, hoping to grab him around the arms and body to keep him from throwing punches but expecting the speedster to pull the noose tight by sheer velocity. A cunning plan forming in his mind to follow after that. (59 so green result to hit him with it at least.

I'll update this as soon as Toric Toric lets us know what Spider-Man is doing.

Note: I rolled initiative for Daredevil since Voros Voros didn't post a roll for that. Got a 4.

Extra note: The irony of Speed Demon consistently rolling poorly for initiative is something to behold.

White Rabbit, observing the defeat of Kraven and the fall of Rhino, resolves that discretion is the better part of valor and fires a parting shot as she hastily retreats to the far end of the room, laughing like a madwoman and lilting as she grasps the door handle, "I'm late! For a very important date! No time to say hello, goodbye! I'm late! I'm late! I'm late!"

Fortunately for Dagger, White Rabbit's intended target, the fleeing villainess' laser blast burns through a portion of the chesterfield rather than a portion of Dagger's body. The legs of the chesterfield, already damaged by the weight of the Rhino, collapse beneath it and the upholstered section hits the floor.
White Rabbit having changed locations as she fled, I applied a negative modifier but it's still a hit. White Rabbit takes Excellent (20) damage.

White Rabbit tumbles through the door at the far side of the room. As the door swings closed behind her, you can't tell whether she was knocked out or not.
Spider-Man swings back into the doorway of the penthouse, lands and fires webbing at White Rabbit to hopefully keep her from using her umbrella.
White Rabbit having changed locations as she fled, I applied a negative modifier, so Spidey misses.

Spider-Man, back inside, tries to snare White Rabbit in his webs but misjudges where White Rabbit will be at the key moment, instead webbing up an expensive armchair and ottoman.
Moon Knight, less worried about the Owl, and the White Rabbit at the moment takes aim and flings his lasso attempting to catch Speed Demon before he strikes Daredevil again, still dodging along the window side of the room at his mere human pace, hoping to grab him around the arms and body to keep him from throwing punches but expecting the speedster to pull the noose tight by sheer velocity. A cunning plan forming in his mind to follow after that.
After taking the beating fron Speedster DD decides to just dodge to confuse Speedster and bring him with range of attack by one of the other supes.
Daredevil ducks Speed Demon's rain of blows as the latter is roped by Moon Knight, the lasso pulled taut by movements of the super-accelerated offender; unfortunately for Moon Knight, he is dragged from where he stands by the amazing momentum and flung towards Daredevil.

Let's have Moon Knight and Daredevil both make an Agility check: any color means you manage to avoid colliding, but you both need to succeed. Moon Knight should also make a Strength check: if he rolls white, he also loses his grip on his lasso.

Speed Demon, seeing his allies dwindle, makes for the door through White Rabbit fled, though he slows as he attempts to loosen the constricting lasso.

The Owl, having torn himself free of Moon Knight's scarab daggers, exits by way of the window through which Moon Knight entered, cackling about revenge as he glides away on an updraft.

I've removed White Rabbit and Owl from the map since the former is not in sight and the latter is gliding away. Rhino will hit the ground in 2 rounds.

Moon Knight tries to pay attention to the moving speedster and counter his speed with sheer body weight and strength. (73 on Agility of EX Yellow Result, and 97 for Strength Feat which is a Red.) We're not working as a team, and a team is what we need to be! Daredevil swing away, I've got him on the line!"

Dagger slowly makes her way to the window that the Owl exited through, the pain of her injuries making her somewhat sluggish. If Owl is visible from her line-of-sight, she will hurl a light-dagger at him.

OOC: Based on what he knows of the Rhino, how likely does Spidey think it is that he survives that fall?

Initiative=10

Spider-Man will swing back out the French doors and angle down towards the falling Rhino, trying to decide if he needs to use some webbing to at least partially cushion the big guy's landing.

I went ahead and rolled initiative for Daredevil and Moon Knight just in case the sequence affected anything.

OOC: Based on what he knows of the Rhino, how likely does Spidey think it is that he survives that fall?
You expect he might be dazed and confused, at worst, but in a terribly violent mood dangerous to any bystanders down there. The pavement, on the other hand, might take some real damage from the impact.

As the wind seems to rush upward to meet him, Spider-Man sees Rhino several stories down and falling further away by the moment.

If you want to try to snag Rhino with a web line, you'll need a red result due to distance and acceleration on the part of Rhino. To simply create a web hammock or some other type of cushion below him would only require green as there's no need to be so precise.

Moon Knight and Daredevil deftly avoid colliding, and the Fist of Khonshu impressively simultaneously maintains his grip on the lasso that has ensnared Speed Demon, who continues to rush headlong toward the rear door; however, having expected to drag Moon Knight along with sheer force of momentum, Speed Demon is unprepared for the lasso suddenly ceasing to give slack and is jerked backwards and off his feet...for the nonce.

Dagger, slowed by her pain and injuries, makes it to the window just in time to see the Owl gliding skyward to vanish behind a taller building to the east.

Everyone roll for initiative and describe what you're doing. The only conscious opponent left in the penthouse is Speed Demon. Kraven the Hunter is still out cold.
