Monte Cook Games' Gen Con announcement is this double whammy. Link.
To the best of my understanding, Discovery is a revised edition of the game (which changes some specifics of the classes but the Cypher System remains in place — not sure what to make of this until previews roll in) while Destiny is a community/stronghold/domain building and management game (squee) for Ninth World games.
Numenera is a game I've been meaning to try pretty much since it came out; I like the more sedate, Gene Wolfe take on science fantasy (as opposed to the silly, over-the-top approach that seems to dominate the OSR) and the system, while somewhat iffy in places, I have yet to try.
And I have to say that with Jade Colossus covering procedural dungeon generation and Discovery doing domain management, Monte & co. seem intent on recruiting me as a customer.
