Sounds about right. Despite taking so long, my cancellation went fairly smoothly so I'm half expecting to find out that they didn't cancel it.I'm a real estate agent so I have a lot of Xfinity stories. A few weeks ago, I was handling both sided of a house sale, and the buyers arranged to have their Xfinity service turned off, and the arranged to have it turned on at their new place when they moved in the following week. Xfinity turned off Internet at both houses. The people selling their house called to get it turned on for their last week. Xfinity had gone ahead and put the account for the house in the buyer's name already, so they had to call me to call the buyers so they could call Xfinity to have it turned back on.
