The Heavenly Dragon Sect is a martial arts society dedicated to maintaining the "Mandates of Heaven". It was designed for use in the setting of Angel & Buffy, but can easily be used in other cinematic unisystem games. Includes a quality for sect membership, and some add-ons for demonic powers that help enhance some combat abilities
