Geez, I finally got a shiftleader to make sure people spread out properly during breaks, setting a limit of max three people per table. I've been advocating for this since the first partial lockdown just ended...
They've made wearing either a mouthmask or a even less effective plastic facemask mandatory - except at a table during breaks and behind office desks - and are quite strict about people sticking to this measure. So I argued that it was dumb to not be equally strict about something that is much more effective than wearing masks: sticking to keeping 1.5m distance. Until now they had been unwilling to do this during breaks, for some reason that was never explained to me.
There have been a few isolated covid cases at work, but no spreading. We're allowed to stay home sick at the slightest of symptoms and people who have been in contact with confirmed cases go into a preventive10-day quarantine.
