I'd be willing to bet the prompt included the word "neckbeard" and that's what the AI came up with.

It seems to me more like a photoshop, either the head being pasted on or the whole body. I think the head does not belong in the picture because the hair seems to have a different background color and because the glasses show a different background (he is short-sighted, so the glasses show some of the surroundings). The reason the head might be pasted on is because the rest of the weird neck and because the rest of the body seems to blend in properly with the surroundings.
