Games with Descriptors in Place of Attributes/Stats

PDQ had it built right into the name.

Good OSR class name for combination thief/ranger?

I’m not. Don’t worry. I grew up on a steady diet of horror, sci-fi, and kung fu. No apologies.

Good OSR class name for combination thief/ranger?

Perhaps embarrassingly, I’ve seen at least two entries in this franchise.

Good OSR class name for combination thief/ranger?

    Dungeon Crawl Classics General Discussion

Times they are a-changing. Winchester, Virginia’s Books-A-Million has DCC in stock too. Along with 2d20 Conan and a range of other seemingly unlikely titles. Better range than most actual game shops I’ve seen lately.

(Wishful thinking) Seventies British SF RPG? Wouldn't one be great!

So the stories of MR James have actually gotten a recent (still in Kickstarter?) treatment, using the Gumshoe engine). It’s called “Casting the Runes.” Maybe that could also tackle something like Sapphire and Steel.

Zweihander - Available in oh-so decadent dead tree?

Can’t speak to editions but I’ve seen hard copies of Zweihander at two different Barnes & Noble at this point
