Apparently the word for a parkour practitioner is “traceur.” Seems like a decent analog for someone who navigates the city the way a ranger would navigate the wilderness.
I haven't played it yet, but TSL is a sword-and-sorcery adaptation of Beyond the Wall and Other Adventures. So I expect that, mechanically, they're very similar if not identical.

Times they are a-changing. Winchester, Virginia’s Books-A-Million has DCC in stock too. Along with 2d20 Conan and a range of other seemingly unlikely titles. Better range than most actual game shops I’ve seen lately.
So the stories of MR James have actually gotten a recent (still in Kickstarter?) treatment, using the Gumshoe engine). It’s called “Casting the Runes.”
Maybe that could also tackle something like Sapphire and Steel.
