Expanded and modified Atomic Highway Vehicle rules. Refines chase & combat, expands and revises the base vehicles, expanded customs and flaws, includes a general concept of "cost", "rules" for repair (both roadside and in the shop), includes an abstract concept of vehicle "spaces" for cargo/passengers.
Last but not least, should have everything you need for Mad Max vehicles and Mad Max style chases.
