I have certain intake limitation that make those not an option. All of them have too much fat (I can only do 5g) or too much sugar (I can only do 5g), or too many total carbs or complex carbs (more than like 8g). And I can't eat that much animal protein either- it just doesn't digest if I do over 2 oz at a sitting.I don't suppose you can use something like the high calorie shakes or drinks to get your numbers up?
