In the book Elrond suggests sending Glorfindal but Gandalf wants the hobbits. In SPI's War of the Ring game you can decide how many hobbits to take because they might all die and then someone else will have to carry the ring. I suspect Boromir would have found a supporting voice in Glorfindal.

Everyone yammers on about Balrogs wings, but does anyone ever talk about their tails? In both movies they have tails, but I don't recall the books ever mentioning them having tails.
